Reno 1868 FC vs Las Vegas Lights FC, June 1, 2019

Wow, it’s been nearly a year since I’ve posted on here… can’t believe it! Summer is just around the corner… which means the tournament is almost here! Daily posts for that as always.

This weekend I’ve been taking the USSF (US Soccer Federation) D License Course… Coach Dean mentioned the Reno 1868’s were playing the Las Vegas Lights tonight… so I texted David Calvert, the 1868’s photographer, to see if he could help me out… Thanks David!

In memory of Debbie Jacobsen…

 

A lot of you heard at the opening ceremony that we lost a member of our Little League Community recently… As mentioned in the opening, Debbie Jacobsen was involved with Little League for 30 years in Carson Valley.  I think the photo below of her with Scott Hoyle shows her “spirit” very well… she was a very special ambassador of life and she will be very missed.

Debbie’s memorial was today at 2:00 PM

Rest in Peace Debbie…. Please continue to look over your community and we will try to continue your good works while we are still here.
