I was messing around before the game… and it appeared to be during dunk practice… I just got lucky I guess… they were all dunking… so here’s just one… many more at the link for DHS Athletics… :)

The atmosphere in the Douglas Gym is always great!  Their band is top notch, always playing great basketball game music, the students are always amped up and having fun… it’s just a fun place to be during games, it’s the type of environment that you would wish for as a player!  Something to be proud of DHS!!

Here’s a few from the night…

CLEARLY the refs don’t see everything… :)

The first half was… well, I’ll call it strange… Carson looked about three steps slower than typical… it almost seemed like they were trying to get through the first have without exerting too much energy… the second half was a different story altogether… full court press, offensive execution, the baskets fell, the three pointers fell… and they came away with a win!!

Last home game, last senior to run out for introductions… Remember these times ladies!!  Best of luck in the Tournament!!

This shot ended the competition!  This fella looked up and smiled as he was pinning his opponent!!  I love it!!

Nico from Carson… dedicated his run for a State Championship to his friends Stephen and Keegan who lost their lives a little less than a year ago in a scuba accident… his pin in the Championship helped secure the Team Zone Championship for Carson.
