… and we’re onto the next games… 🙂  The “honeymoon” of last night’s game is over, back out at the Carson High field this morning for Soccer!  Carson hosted Damonte for one of the final regular season games of the year, just three league games left before playoffs after today…
The girls tied 1-1 with a late equalizer from Damonte and the Carson boys coasted to a 6-1 win with most of their goals coming in the second half.

The light… meaning the sun, is impressively harsh during these early morning soccer games… the thought is always that there’s a lot of light so that’s good… well, kinda… you have to be very careful where you shoot from to get a nice exposure on the players.  You can see here in the photos how hard the shadows are on the “shadowed” side of the faces and bodies… gotta work with what you’ve got sometimes! 🙂
See the 2nd thru 5th photos for the shadows… the first one is a good example of what I mean… the sun is far enough around that it’s doing a nice job of wrapping both players and it looks quite nice… shooting from the right position and being patient for something to happen can be difficult. 🙂
